BookingYou ("the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data.
1. Data We Collect
Account: name, email, phone, password (encrypted)
Preferences: avatar, language and currency
Bookings: history, service, date/time, notes
Business info: name, address, location, photos, services and prices
User content: reviews, messages, uploaded photos
Device: push notification token
Diagnostics: crash / error reports
2. How We Use Data
Provide, maintain and improve the service
Create/manage your account and authenticate you
Send booking confirmations, reminders and notifications
Display business info and reviews
Handle communications and support
Detect and fix technical issues
We do not sell your personal data.
3. Third-Party Services
Supabase: database, authentication, file storage
Expo: push notifications
Sentry: crash diagnostics
4. Data Retention
We retain your data until you delete your account. You can delete it anytime in the app (Settings → Delete Account); personal data is removed within 30 days.
